Panda

The giant panda is a bear that lives exclusively in central China. They are known to live up to 30 years in captivity, but only lives to around 15 in the wild. Pandas can eat up to 28 pounds of bamboo a day.
Giant pandas dislike being around others of their kind. If two encounter eachother, they will have a small fight and then go their separate ways. A panda's territory is usually about 2 square miles.

Black Rhino

Perhaps one of the most well-known endangered animals is the black rhino. They have been hunted for many years and mnay reasons. One of the most common is for their ivory tusk. Ivory is extremely hard, valuable, and versatile. Years ago, most rhinos that were killed were for meat or sometimes even just for sport.
